Bead and Board: Dubuque artist makes signs and jewelry
Amy O Rourke turned a hobby into Bead and Board after pandemic fears pushed her from a school paraprofessional role. She designs wooden signs with laser work, creates handmade jewelry, and sells at farmers markets and Etsy, drawing inspiration from her mother and grandmother. She relocated to a new workshop at 2606 University Ave.
