The Iowa Court of Appeals upheld the 2005 murder convictions of Luis Alberto Gomez-Rodriguez of Miami for the killings of his former girlfriend Maria Rivera and her boyfriend Julio Saroil in Muscatine. OTTUMWA AP Police seek Edwin Ramos of Ottumwa on an arrest warrant charging two counts of attempted murder after a Sunday morning bar shooting that left Elidoro Basilio 26 and Geor gie Pineda 34 injured.
