ISU worker back after Raspberry Pi incident
An Iowa State University information technology worker, Michael Lowe, regained his job after a May agreement reduced his termination to a three day suspension and awarded back pay totaling 52 813 dollars. He resumes as computing information systems technician with a seniority date in 1999 and restored leave accruals. The case notes Lowe attached two personal Raspberry Pi devices to the campus data center LAN, actions deemed not disqualifying misconduct by an administrative law judge.
