Miell Attorneys Ordered to Narrow Witness List
Cedar Rapids landlord Robert Miell and his attorneys Alfredo Parrish and Trevor Anderson were told by Magistrate Jon Scoles to pare down the witness and exhibit list for his sentencing on tax and mail fraud charges. Miell, 55, pleaded guilty to 18 counts of mail fraud and two counts of perjury, with two tax fraud counts verdict in 2009.
