Cedar Hills Faces Code Violations on Public Works Building
A new Cedar Hills municipal building at E avenue and West Post road NW, intended for public works and firefighting units, is slated for occupancy around July 2 but violates city building code for yard space and has an east edge overhang that must be cut back. The board of adjustment will hear variances next month. FHA reviewers said the plan would not hurt nearby property values.
