Cedar Rapids Public Hearing On Williams Synergy Development
Cedar Rapids City Council will hold a public hearing June 25 2024 at 4 00 p.m. in City Hall on a development agreement with Williams Synergy Group LLC for a redevelopment at 9900 10000 6th Street SW. The plan includes two commercial buildings and up to $1 000 000 in 50 percent tax increment reimbursements subject to annual appropriation. Public comments allowed. outcome to be decided or the proposal abandoned.
