Iowa to receive 9.45 million from Johnson & Johnson talc settlement
Iowa will obtain 9.45 million as part of a 700 million national settlement with Johnson & Johnson over talc-based baby powder. The accord requires停止 manufacture and marketing of talc-based products. Iowa AG Brenna Bird said the deal holds the company accountable for deceptive marketing and removes dangerous talc products from shelves.
