DES MOINES AP Warden W H Frazer of the Anamosa state reformatory has filed an application to keep his job beyond July 1 as state board officials report. The American government announced the abolition of its legation in Albania in protest of Italy handling Albania's foreign affairs. Secretary of State Cordell Hull said Minister Hugh G. Grant and the staff would return to the United States immediately.
