Federal Housing Administration says section 207 of the national housing act grants full exemption from the tax on undistributed profits for housing corporations with FHA insured mortgages. The act allows up to 5 million dollars in loans for rent projects, with rents and operations regulated while the mortgage insurance remains in force.
