Plan Commission Approves 57 Lofts Final Plats and More
The City Plan Commission on Tuesday approved 57 lots in three final plats for residential development and 28 more in two preliminaries. A 25‑lot preliminary was rejected after planners reconsidered it. The panel also rezoned part of H Avenue and Oakland Road NE to commercial for Charles Krejci’s grocery expansion and opposed a crushed rock sidewalk through Greene Square. Further council action awaited on most items.
