Forest View at Interstate 80 may reshape Iowa City gateway
A 55 acre mixed use Forest View project by Blackbird Investments and North Dubuque LLC plans to relocate a mobile home park at the gateway to Iowa City’s north side. The concept, still undecided, envisions apartments condos offices stores or hotels with minimal dense retail. The plan remains multi year and tax incentive questions are undecided as developers review site options and building types.
