Mr and Mrs Ethan M Switzer of 13710 Sixth street SW purchased the residential property at 706 Sixth Street SW from Mrs Myron F Reid and her brother Robert McLean of Sacramento California. Fred E Collard and company handled the sale. The same firm also brokered the sale of Mrs Gwen Kolda’s house at 1607 Sixth Street NW to Mrs Clara Chudlie of 500 Third Avenue SW for rental purposes.
