Locked in Dump They Spook The Gates At Marion Landfill
Four people were locked inside the Linn County landfill for about a half hour Monday evening. Marilee Pietsch and her husband Gerhard, Roger Stark and his son Ron were trapped after the gate was padlocked at 5:02 p.m. They rattled the chain and banged the padlock, waving to passing cars until help arrived.
