Cedar Rapids Based Filmmaker Premieres The Voices for Streaming
Cedar Rapids native Bradley Fowler brings his psychological thriller The Voices to streaming services after a Los Angeles red carpet premiere. He and his wife Victoria Matlock, with their daughter Luna, sheltered in Cedar Rapids during the COVID shutdown to work on scripts and adapt plans for a future in animation and indie production. Fowler notes theaters and live action productions may rebound slowly, pushing him to pivot toward animated projects while continuing to operate Three Tales Productions on modest budgets.
