West Bank land dealer shot dead amid suspect killings

Ali Jamhour a 33 year old refugee camp resident east of Jerusalem was found with two bullet wounds to the head on a West Bank road near Ramallah. He had been questioned by Palestinian security over alleged land sales to Israelis. The death follows a minister's call declaring death penalties for real estate deals with Jews. Israeli officials blamed the Palestinian Authority for encouraging the killings. Jamhour's wife was questioned and a rock-throwing crowd confronted police at his home.
