Des Moines AP C J Burris Democratic chairman of the Iowa Liquor Control Commission denies bonus liquor purchases by the panel since 1957. He says no such deals exist and notes a past offer from Austin Nichols and Co for bonus cases, which was canceled when it covered only pints. Burris suggests the auditor would know of any bonus liquor. The panel runs 189 stores with annual sales near 45 million dollars amid a governor auditor inquiry.
