Concrete patios offer lasting low maintenance
Homeowners seeking concrete patios can learn about materials, costs, and DIY versus professional options. A 250 square foot patio costs about 317 dollars for concrete and materials plus 50 dollars for a mixer rental, with pouring a large slab being labor intensive. A smaller 8 by 10 foot patio is easier for DIY. A professional like Jerry Uhl of A A Concrete in Akron Ohio quotes about 1500 dollars for a 250 square foot patio, driven by labor and overhead.
