Linn County to award Oxley Center bid today
Cedar Rapids and Davenport firms in a race for the Jean Oxley Public Services Center as Hillebrand Construction tops bids at 10.7 million with possible discounts for terrazzo floors and a newer elevator. The project, near the old Administrative Office Building at 930 First St. SW, carries 11.5 million in estimates and state plus federal funding.
