Saturn radio sounds mirror eerie Earthly auroras study
University of Iowa researchers Bill Kurth and Don Garnett report in Geophysical Research Letters that Saturn radio emissions resemble a Halloween soundtrack and reflect processes near Saturns auroras. The Cassini data reveal structures in the radio spectrum signaling the emission source above Saturns northern lights. Construction resumes at Highways 151 and 13 Marion with resurfacing and widening, lane changes, and a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. closure through Aug. 5.
