Cedar Rapids Jefferson and Iowa City High won regional semifinals after early district losses and now meet for a 3A Region 7 title at Jefferson at 7. City High battered Kennedy 8-1 while Jefferson blanked Linn-Mar 5-0. Other regional finals include 2A at Jesup Independence vs North Fayette and 2A Region 7 CCA vs Williamsburg with 1A semifinals featuring Alburnett vs Edgewood-Colesburg and Columbus Junction vs Sigourney.
