Taylor flood response shifts teachers to new schools
Teachers from Taylor Elementary reassigned to district schools as flood damage leaves few students ready for immediate placements. Officials aim to keep grades and positions while drafting a placement process. About 164 of 252 Taylor students live in flood zones and enrollment shifts may affect tax base and future district population.
