Two alleged accomplices of Kenneth Kitts, a 33 year old Omaha burglar, were indicted by a federal grand jury in Omaha. Bennie Barone is charged on two counts of taking money stolen in a Laurens bank burglary. Mary Robinson Simpson, widow of Dr. P. H. Simpson, died Saturday in a Cedar Rapids hospital after a brief illness. Born February 25, 1876, in Mt. Holly Springs Pennsylvania, she lived in Cedar Rapids since 1946 and was a retired Morrison librarian. Surviving are daughter Ida Panther of Cedar Rapids, son Donald of Salt Lake City, brothers Ed Robinson of Cleveland and Arthur Robinson of Pocatello Idaho. She married Dr. Simpson May 30 1903 at Albany Illinois and was affiliated with Westminster Presbyterian church. Services will be at First Presbyterian church Morrison, time to be announced. body at Brady mortuary.
