In a bedtime tale, Uncle Wiggily and friends watch a snapping turtle bite off the end of his rheumatism crutch in the brook. Boxie the turtle identifies the creature as the savage biter with a parrot like beak. The crutch end floats away as the turtle sinks back into the mud.
