Mission of Hope eyes church move amid neighbor concerns
Dwyer and the Mission of Hope plan to relocate from downtown Cedar Rapids to 1700 B Ave NE in Mound View. Neighbors worry the 1500 weekly visitors could harm property values, while police note ongoing calls but acknowledge improvements. The board seeks a site enabling all diners to eat together and reduce street congregation.
