Active seniors who move daily live longer says study
Health researchers at University of Wisconsin Madison studied 302 healthy adults aged 70 to 82 over six years using a new physiological method to measure daily energy expenditure. They found those with the highest moving energy spent 67 percent less likely to die, while self-reported activity showed no mortality difference.
