Relatives of a carnival worker killed in a tractor rollover at the Wyoming Fairgrounds were being sought as authorities traced the victim whose identity was withheld. The missing homeowner detail hindered locating family members after a tractor owned by another was taken without permission. The death occurred with the vehicle inverted northeast of the rides area.
