Paintless Brushes Spur Creativity at St Patrick’s Summer Program
Roseann Wiley leads Gro Time at St Patrick’s Catholic School Cedar Rapids with 23 preschoolers ages 3 to 7 in a two-session summer program. The course adds students with learning disabilities, focusing on motor skills and emotional outlets through water play and guided activities. Public Law 94-142 is cited as context, though the school is private, and a small staff maintains a close teacher student ratio.
