Duane Arnold Solar Project Near Palo Expands
Alliant Energy advances the 200 megawatt Duane Arnold Solar Project on an 800 acre site north of Palo. Phase 1 completed March 31 covers 100 acres producing 50 MW. Phase 2 adds 150 MW with panels installed through August and aims to be online by year end. Over $300 million total cost with about 250 workers daily.
