Cedar Rapids officials confirm the back-in angled parking pilot is over as work zones along the Second and Third Avenue bridges and First Street SE revert to front-in and angled or parallel spots. When fully reopened, Second Avenue Bridge spaces rise to 75 and Third Avenue Bridge drop to 83. drivers welcomed safer exits and better flow.
