Seminar on Eye Safety Next Week

Humane Arrest Surs Suit, 100000 Award
A 54 year old farm laborer, arrested by a state trooper to get him out of the cold, won a 100000 award in a suit claiming false arrest false imprisonment and failure to provide medical care. The Court of Appeals upheld a court of claims ruling for J P Holt, who lost limbs from frostbite after his January arrest near Brockport.
