A 28 year old repairman was arrested after coed Margaret Phillips was shot in her apartment and died. Police say the suspect had been in prison for prior murders and was released six months ago. A neighbor reported hearing shots and a gruff voice before the victim died.
Ohio storms and floods claim at least 38 dead with five missing, as searches persist in Norwalk Wooster Vermilion. Victims include three family members swept away at Wooster and others drowned near Apple Creek and Kidron in Wayne County.
