Licensing aids recovery

If your bike is stolen, report it to the Police Department with details such as the date and time of theft, owner's name and contact, and bicycle specifics including brand, size, license status and number, serial number, color, and distinctive features. The report creates a permanent record, then check Cedar Rapids Bicycle Licensing Office at 1115 C Street SW for licensing status.
