Duane E Miller 45 of rural Vinton pleaded innocent in Benton County District Court to second degree theft burglary and possession of a firearm by a felon plus a count of wanton neglect of a minor. A trial is scheduled for August 29 after a June 14 raid recovered about 10000 in presumed stolen property and a 6000 tractor tied to two prior thefts. Additional defendants including Dittmer Bachman Parvin Weber Juhl Starn Rouse Owens Noeller Stambaugh faced various sentences and pleas with trials set for August 29 where noted.
