Sculpture fat reduction brings FDA approved non invasive option to Iowa
Dr. Linda Hodges in Hiawatha offers SculpSureScope a diode laser system that targets and destroys fat cells in up to four areas in about 25 minutes per session. The treatment, FDA approved since May 2015 for abdomen and flanks, costs from 1400 dollars per session and is not for major weight loss. Hodges says it complements diet and exercise and appeals to patients within 10 to 20 pounds of their goal. Patty Wright, 48, recalls her own stomach treatment and says the results are worth the effort.
