Outstanding Reservists Honored by Governor Ray

Youths Save Man From Bicycle Fire on Busy Melbourne Street
A 29 year old man says two youths stopped his flaming bicycle bag in Melbourne Florida after his clothes caught fire. He suffered first and second degree burns while bystanders mass watched until they acted. The youths, Dennis Mass and Ray McDaniel, aided him until fire rescue arrived.
