Linn planners mull new tax mapping system choice
Linn County supervisors consider a computerized tax mapping project based on airborne photography. Engineers from Associated Engineers and M J Harden Associates propose compiling countywide aerials at 4800 to 15000 feet with overlays like sewers and utilities to streamline tax rolls and planning. A committee will define needs and costs, with estimates between 540000 and 820000 dollars.
