Iowa training program under fire for high costs

An internal review obtained by the Associated Press urges changes to Iowa s Industrial New Jobs Training Program after finding it the most expensive in the nation. In 2007 Iowa spent 62 million on the program, about 10 million more than California, with training costs per new worker averaging 13 000 versus a national 525.
