Zoning and Modulation Boost Modern Home Heating
Zoning lets different parts of a house maintain varied temperatures at the same time while modulation regulates the temperature of the circulating heating medium. In hot water systems the boiler stays hot and water is delivered at varying temperatures to match heat loss. Each zone requires its own thermostat pump and control valve for efficiency.
