Cedar Rapids data center plan eyed with 529M rebate
Cedar Rapids City Council will hold a public hearing on a 750 million data center campus planned for 560 acres in the Big Cedar Industrial Center with QTS Cedar Rapids LLC. The agreement forecasts 1 billion in property taxes and a 529 million rebate over 20 years, plus phased construction and job targets.
