Grant Wood AEA chief administrator John Speer may serve as interim head of nearby Mississippi Bend AEA through June 30. The Grant Wood AEA board agreed to pursue a shared duties arrangement as Bill Decker retires, with Speer overseeing services for thousands of students across seven eastern Iowa counties.
