Baker urges spending restraints to curb red ink

Two-Car Crash Near Walford Leaves Injured

An Atlantic man Lanny J. Benishek 28 remained in serious condition after a Sunday afternoon collision on Highway 149 four miles southwest of Walford. His passenger Lois Louer 32 of Atlantic was in fair condition with a broken arm at St Luke's. Gregory A Freshouer 23 Cedar Rapids ran a stop sign on county road F-12 and was treated and released for minor injuries.
