Cedar Rapids school bonds attract low rate bids

Cedar Rapids school district sold the first 10 million dollars of bonds for construction projects after a bond rating slip. Harris Trust and Savings Bank bid 4.67 percent, the lowest of five, with SunTrust Equitable at 4.71 percent second.
