A pretrial conference is scheduled for January 29 in the case of 24 year old Joshua Wages accused of sexually abusing a 22 month old child on October 30 2003. Wages was released on a 20000 cash bond after judge Amanda Potterfield amended it. He is prohibited from contact with the victim and any other children and is expected to stand trial February 9 with a potential 30 year prison sentence if convicted.
