Rezoning rejected for 11 unit Cedar Rapids condo
Cedar Rapids planning panel rejected a proposal to rezone land north of Coldstream Avenue and west of Sierra Drive for an 11 unit condominium complex. Commissioners criticized the design as misaligned with the neighborhood, with comments labeling the plan “squished” and noting lack of creative integration. Nearby residents had petitioned against the project.
