Stephanie Robinson, 47, was charged with threat of terrorism after calling Mercy Hospital clinic at 269 N. First Ave and threatening to shoot the facility and staff. The call prompted a brief lockdown at the clinic and nearby Regina Schools. Robinson denied the threats but was held on 5000 bond.
