Grassley discharged from hospital after infection
Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley has been discharged from a Washington DC area hospital after treatment for an infection. The 90 year old expects to resume work next week, with the office saying he is in good spirits and on track for a full recovery. Grassley, who has served in the Senate since 1981, was previously treated for a hip fracture in 2023.
