Man accused of bludgeoning four with pipe seeks venue move
Luke Wade Truesdell, 34, of Marion, is charged with four counts of first degree murder for the June 2024 slayings in an outbuilding near Marion. His attorney asked to move the trial from Linn County due to pretrial publicity claiming bias. The judge took the request under advisement with a verdict expected after the April 8 trial date.
