Two men accused in meth manufacture after La Porte City blaze
Todd Gagnon of Cedar Falls and Ronald Gallo of Waterloo are charged with conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine after a fire at an outbuilding off East Tama Road. The blaze spread to a nearby house, destroying both structures. Gagnon was arrested at his home and Gallo at a Waterloo hotel.
