Marion and Rich Patterson note that Cedar Rapids and Linn County agencies planted 350 acres of new prairies in 2018, with Cedar Rapids adding 2 acres near Sac and Fox Trail and Linn County planting 141 acres while Marion Parks Department added 27 acres.
