Pro-Russian Czech president faces runoff battle
Milos Zeman led in first round with 38.6 percent to 26.6 percent for Jiri Drahos as 98.9 percent of districts tallied. Four other candidates backed Drahos for the January runoff, which could shift Czech policy toward the EU mainstream or keep a Moscow-friendly bend.
